Remember to keep tapping, the more often you do it the more quickly the changes happen. For myself, I notice that everytime I do a session with BodyBeyondBelief I feel motivated and energized, ready to workout! It completely changes my mind set and I keep getting leaner, I keep losing bodyfat, and I keep getting stronger and healthier. I love it!
